if a woman is claiming as a single parent, can she stay at her boyfriends house?

If a woman who has a long term partner but claims as a single parent , eg tax credits, child tax credits and the chidl element for free child care. how many nights is she allowed to stay at her boyfriends home with her children without being classed as cohabiting?

Here you are cohabiting if you regularly spend more than three or four nights a week at the other place, having clothing and other personal items stored there.
